While Farmers National built its reputation on traditional banking services, they have always kept an eye on the future. Farmers National Bank opened Danville’s first drive through facility in 1959, offered Danville’s first ATM in 1978, and will soon introduce this area’s first Interactive Teller Machine. This new Teller on Demand platform is the perfect blend of technology and personal service. With Teller on Demand, Farmers National Bank’s customers can conduct machine-based transactions with the assistance of a live customer service representative. Teller on Demand will also allow extended hours for additional convenience. This innovative service will be available later this year at the bank’s new Garland Drive Branch and Greenleaf Shopping Center locations.

The bank’s new Garland Drive Branch, located at the South Danville Bypass, will be a full-service, state-of-the-art facility offering personal, one-on-one customer areas, Teller on Demand services, and more. According to CEO Greg Caudill, “We have put a lot of thought and planning into every detail of the new Garland Drive location, and we can’t wait for our customers to experience it.”

Farmers National Bank is rolling out other innovative products and services to meet the demands of the digital age. These include the MobiMoney debit card app, temporary replacement debit cards, remote deposit capture, and mobile wallet services through Apple, Android and Samsung.  These products and services offer added security and convenience through the use of the latest technology. In addition, Farmers National Bank is planning several major upgrades to the bank’s Internet Banking platform to better serve consumers and businesses alike.
